Hydrangeas by Finnish designer Irina Ylänne

The Magic Garden design brings a garden in full bloom into the bedroom. Large blue-violet hydrangea heads and leaves in many shades of green are painted with soft, watercolour-like transitions on a deep teal background. The reverse is calmer, with leaves only on a deep green ground. Both pillowcases carry the hydrangea pattern.

Fabric: Italian ELITE cotton sateen, TC 300, OEKO-TEX® class I

The set is made from Italian ELITE cotton sateen with a thread count of 300 (TC 300), meaning 300 threads per square inch. In a sateen weave, more threads lie on the surface than in a plain weave, which gives the fabric a smooth feel and a soft sheen.

The fabric is certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, product class I. This is the strictest class of the standard, with requirements set for baby textiles, so the fabric suits even very sensitive skin.

Where it is made

The pattern is printed onto the fabric in Italy. The bedding is sewn in Estonia by Artonella OÜ under the Uneleja brand.

The set comes in two sizes:

• duvet cover 200 × 200 cm + 2 pillowcases 50 × 60 cm
• duvet cover 200 × 210 cm + 2 pillowcases 50 × 60 cm

Care

• Machine wash at 60 °C.
• To keep the deep colours vivid, turn the bedding inside out and use a detergent for coloureds without bleach.
• Tumble dry or dry on a line.
