Teal flowers – what are they?
Tea flowers are obtained by blending the tea with various flowers that add flavour and aroma. Finally, the tea and flowers are formed into a ball, which only opens into a ‘flower’ in boiling water.
Preparing for
- boil about 500-800 ml of water and pour it immediately into a clear glass jug (for example, THIS jug). Please note: unlike with ordinary tea, boiling water is necessary to ensure that the tea flower is fully opened.
2. gently place the tea ball in the water – you will see a beautiful “flower” form from the tea ball within 8-10 minutes.
3. the minimum recommended pulling time is 8 minutes, but you can let it go a little longer on the road. This high quality green tea can withstand long standing times without becoming bitter.
